Just when you think that summer is here, it starts to rain again. I know that the moisture is needed, but so is the sunshine.

The Veterans Rep. will be here from 1 p.m. until 3 today, and we will be having our evening meal at 5 p.m. tonight. Come in and join us for a wonderful pork roast dinner. You never have to be a senior citizen to eat here and where else can you take your wife out to a great meal.

The American Legion will again have a breakfast here at the center from 7 a.m. to 11 on June 19. This is a fundraiser for the Legion, so come on in and support them. They will also be having a silent auction during the meal.

The next card party at the Ronan Center will be at 7 p.m. on June 21, and the next foot clinic will be here at 10 a.m. on June 23.

You do not need an appointment for the foot clinic as it is on a "first come" basis.

We recently had work done in the center's kitchen, and would like to thank Jimmy Fangsrud for doing such a great job.

If you need a ride to an appointment, etc., give the Council on Aging a call at 676-2368 and they will schedule you in. And, if you're bored and need somethingto do, the COA need drivers to volunteer to drive people to where they need to go. The drivers that they currently have said that the really enjoy the experience.
