-State of Montana vs. Kenneth Old Person; 47. The matter before the Court is arraignment. Ready to enter plea, Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of incest, Count I, II and II, felonies. The plea is entered and the case will be set for trial. The Court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on April 1 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Mark Danfifer; 43. The matter before the Court is arraignment. Ready to enter plea, Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of partner or family member assault, a felony, Count I, aggravated burglary, a felony, Count II, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, a felony, Count III and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, Count IV. The plea is entered and the case will be set for trial. The Court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on March 25 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Tiffany Edwards; 23. The matter before the Court is arraignment. Ready to enter plea, Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of forgery, common scheme, a felony, Count I. The plea is entered and the case will be set for trial. The Court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on April 1 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Tiffany Edwards; 23. The matter before the Court is arraignment. Ready to enter plea, Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of deceptive practices, common scheme, a felony, Count I, and theft of identity, a felony, Count II. The plea is entered and the case will be set for trial. The Court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on April 1 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Cory Mitchell; 22. The matter before the Court is arraignment. Ready to enter plea, Defendant pleads not guilty to the charges of assault with a weapon, a felony, Count I and criminal endangerment, a felony, Count II. The plea is entered and the case will be set for trial. Defendant remains at liberty. Omnibus hearing set for April 7 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Dusty Seyler; 22. The matter before the Court is change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offense of sexual assault, a felony. The Court grants the State's motion to amend the offense, makes its findings, accepts the plea and finds the Defendant guilty of the charge. PSI ordered. Sentencing is set for April 7 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Cote Wheeler; 21. The matter before the Court is change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offenses of burglary, a felony, Count I in DC-09-45; burglary, a felony, Count I in DC-09-46; burglary, a felony, Count I in DC-09-47; and burglary, a felony, Count I in DC-09-48. The Court grants the State's motion to dismiss Count II in DC-09-47. The Court makes its findings, accepts the plea and finds the Defendant guilty of the charges. PSI ordered. Sentencing is set for April 14 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Adrian McElderry; 28. The matter before the Court is arraignment. Ready to enter plea, Defendant pleads not guilty to the charges of aggravated assault, a felony, Count I and criminal endangerment, a felony, Count II. The plea is entered and the case will be set for trial. Defendant remains at liberty. Omnibus hearing is set for April 14 at 9 a.m.

-Houle, Hugh R.; 36. Failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - first offense. Fined $150 and 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended. Driving a motor vehicle while the privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $250 and 180 days in jail with 178 suspended. Unlawful possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle on highway. Fined $80.

-Pieper, Bradley J.; 26. Negligent endangerment (substantial risk - death/serious bodily injury) - misdemeanor. Fined $1000 and 365 days in jail with 365 suspended.

-Anderson, Kacy R.; 41. Failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - first offense. Fined $150.

-Adams, Shonna D.; 31. Fail to have child 6 years old and less than 60 lbs. properly restrained. Fined $65.

-Wilson, Daniel J.; 30. Operating without liability insurance in effect - first offense. Fined $150.

-Reum, Glenn J.; 55. Failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - second offense. Fined $350 and 10 days in jail with eight days suspended. Proof of six months continuous insurance and jail waived. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $350 and 180 days in jail with 175 suspended.

-Long, Daniel L.; 28. Driving under the influence of alcohol - second offense. Fined $600 and 180 days in jail with 166 suspended. 30 days of SCRAM may be served in lieu of seven days jail.

-Sinclair, Traver L.; 32. Driving under the influence of alcohol - first offense. Fined $400 and 180 days in jail with 179 suspended.

-Hanson, Rodney L.; 65. ROW violation - fail to yield to vehicle on through highway. Fined $50.

-Meadows, Madelyn R.; 42. Improper passing - in no-passing zone. Fined $50.
