*The following district court proceedings took place May 19.

-State of Montana vs. Charles Charlo; 46. The matter before the Court is arraignment. Defendant filed a motion to dismiss yesterday. The State is not aware of it yet, but intends to file answer brief. Ready to enter plea, Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fourth or subsequent offense, a felony. The plea is entered and the case will be set for trial. Defendant remains at liberty. Omnibus hearing is set for July 7 at 9 a.m. unless dismissed based on the motion to dismiss.

-State of Montana vs. Alan Howlett; 31. The matter before the Court is sentencing. The State indicates Defendant received another DUI, but the new charges aren't going to revoked Defendant on this matter. Defendant has objections to the proposed conditions. The Court defers imposition of sentence for three years on Count I and sentences the Defendant to six months in the LCJ all suspended nut one day. Defendant is to receive credit for one day served.

-State of Montana vs. Louie A. Pierre; 27. The matter before the Court is sentencing. The Court commits Defendant to the DOC for five years with all suspended but 30 days in LCJ to be completed within three months of today's sentencing and Defendant is to receive credit in the event he successfully completes an in-patient treatment program.

*The following district court proceedings took place May 20.

-State of Montana vs. Michael Brumitt; 41. The matter before the Court is adjudicatory hearing. The Court finds the State provided sufficient evidence to support the petition and revokes the Defendant's deferred sentence. Ready for sentencing. In DC-03-146 for the offense of bail jumping, a felony, the Court commits the Defendant to the DOC for three years, in DC-03-47 for the offense of burglary, a felony, Count I, and theft, a felony, Count II, the Court commits the Defendant to the DOC for 13 years with 11 years suspended on Count I and 10 years all suspended on Count II and would recommend Defendant be considered for pre-release in Billings. In DC-03-47 the sentences are to run concurrent to each other and consecutive to DC-03-146. Previous conditions are re-imposed.

-State of Montana vs. MacKenzie Riebe; 22. The matter before the Court is answer to petition to revoke. The Court finds the State provided sufficient evidence to support the petition and revokes the Defendant's deferred sentence. Ready for sentencing. For the offense of bail jumping, a felony, the Court commits the Defendant to the DOC for five years all suspended to run consecutive to DC-07-478 in Flathead County. Previous conditions are re-imposed. The Court orders an amended criminal history be attached to the PSI filed on August 19, 2009.

-State of Montana vs. Allen McDonald; 48. The matter before the Court is change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offense of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a felony. The Court makes its findings, accepts the plea and finds the Defendant guilty of the charge. PSI ordered. Sentencing is set for June 24 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Vincent Laroche; 31. The matter before the Court is omnibus hearing. Omnibus hearing conducted. Jury trial is set for August 30 at 9 a.m. Status conference is set for August 5 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Dixon Curley; 57. The matter before the Court is arraignment. Ready to enter plea, Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The plea is entered and the case will be set for trial. The Court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on June 17 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Eli Adams; 34. The matter before the Court is arraignment. Ready to enter plea, Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of assault with a weapon, a felony, Count I and partner family member assault, a felony, Count II. The plea is entered and the case will be set for trial. The Court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on June 17 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Marilyn Adams; 55. The matter before the Court is answer petition to revoke. The Court finds the State provided sufficient evidence to support the petition and revokes the Defendant's deferred sentence. Ready for sentencing. For the offense of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a felony, the Court commits the Defendant to the DOC for five years with four years suspended to run consecutive to DC-09-173 in Judge McNeil's court. Previous conditions are re-imposed.

*The following justice court proceedings took place May 14-20.

-Martin, William D. III; 38. Violation of a protective order - first offense. Fined $200 and 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

-Parnell, David W.; 28. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $300 and 10 days in jail with eight days suspended. Defendant received credit for time serve of one day. Criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. Fined $100.

-Besaw, Lei Michael; 29. Reckless driving. Fined $300.

-Geaudry-Sack, Savannah L.; 18. Theft - first offense. Fined $100 and 180 days in jail with 179 suspended.

-Cote, Rocky M.; 26. Operating without a liability insurance in effect - second offense. Fined $350 and 10 days in jail with eight days suspended. Provide proof of six months continuous insurance on Oct. 23 and fine reduced by $100 and jail waived.

-Ferris, Linda D.; 36. Fail to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - first offense. Fined $150.

-Azure, Crystal B.; 27. Operating without liability insurance in effect - first offense. Fined $150.
