*The following district court proceedings took place Sept. 29.
-State of Montana vs. Sean Deranleau; 31. The matter before the Court is sentencing. The Court commits the Defendant to the DOC for placement in an appropriate correctional facility for 13 months followed by a three year commitment to the DOC with all suspended.
-State of Montana vs. Cydrese Hendrickx; 22. The matter before the Court is sentencing. The Court commits the Defendant to the MSP for 15 years, all suspended, to run consecutive to the sentence imposed in DC-07-222.
-State of Montana vs. Kimberly Joseph; 38. The matter before the Court is change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offense of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fourth or subsequent offense, a felony. The Court makes its findings, accepts the plea and finds the Defendant guilty of the charge. PSI ordered. Sentencing is set for Nov. 3 at 9 a.m.
-State of Montana vs. Eugene Heavyrunner; 61. The matter before the Court is change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offense of partner or family member assault, third or subsequent offense, a felony and enters a no contest plea. The Court makes its findings, accepts the plea and finds the Defendant guilty of the charge. PSI ordered. Sentencing is set for Nov. 3 at 9 a.m.
-State of Montana vs. Robert Conley; 60. The matter before the Court is change of plea. Defendant admits committing the amended offense of criminal endangerment, Count I, and driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, a misdemeanor, Count II. The Court makes its findings, accepts the plea and finds the Defendant guilty of the charges. PSI ordered. Sentencing is set for Nov. 3 at 9 a.m.
-State of Montana vs. Joshua Couture; 21. The matter before the Court is change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offense of assault on a peace officer, a felony, and enters a no contest plea. The Court makes its findings, accepts the plea and finds the Defendant guilty of the charge. PSI ordered. Sentencing is set for Nov. 3 at 9 a.m.
