*The following district court proceedings took place Sept. 29.         

-State of Montana vs. Sean Deranleau; 31. The matter before the Court is sentencing. The Court commits the Defendant to the DOC for placement in an appropriate correctional facility for 13 months followed by a three year commitment to the DOC with all suspended.

-State of Montana vs. Cydrese Hendrickx; 22. The matter before the Court is sentencing. The Court commits the Defendant to the MSP for 15 years, all suspended, to run consecutive to the sentence imposed in DC-07-222.

-State of Montana vs. Kimberly Joseph; 38. The matter before the Court is change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offense of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fourth or subsequent offense, a felony. The Court makes its findings, accepts the plea and finds the Defendant guilty of the charge. PSI ordered. Sentencing is set for Nov. 3 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Eugene Heavyrunner; 61. The matter before the Court is change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offense of partner or family member assault, third or subsequent offense, a felony and enters a no contest plea. The Court makes its findings, accepts the plea and finds the Defendant guilty of the charge. PSI ordered. Sentencing is set for Nov. 3 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Robert Conley; 60. The matter before the Court is change of plea. Defendant admits committing the amended offense of criminal endangerment, Count I, and driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, a misdemeanor, Count II. The Court makes its findings, accepts the plea and finds the Defendant guilty of the charges. PSI ordered. Sentencing is set for Nov. 3 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Joshua Couture; 21. The matter before the Court is change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offense of assault on a peace officer, a felony, and enters a no contest plea. The Court makes its findings, accepts the plea and finds the Defendant guilty of the charge. PSI ordered. Sentencing is set for Nov. 3 at 9 a.m.

-Siegfried, Jennah L.; 20. Driving without a valid driver’s license - expired less than 180 days. Fined $250. Speeding - exceed restricted/special zone speed limit established by department. Fined $70.

-Tamez, Jaquelyn J.; 22. Driving without a valid driver’s license - expired less than 180 days. Fined $250 and 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

-Wheeler, Tyler M.; 18. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $500 and 180 days in jail with 165 days suspended. Fail to obey red (stop) traffic signal. Fined $50. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $450 and 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended. Operating without liability insurance in effect - first offense. Fined $150.

-Despain, Alicia K.; 32. Improper left turn on to one-way roadway. Fined $50. Operate vehicle before 5/31 and after 10/1 with stud tires (exception school bus). Fined $50.

-Rose, Verner J.; 28. Careless driving. Fined $50. Fail to give notice of accident by quickest means/apparent damage over $500. Fined $200.

-Zetterstrom, Rhonda W.; 45. Fail to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle - second offense. Fined $350 and 10 days in jail with eight days suspended. Provide proof of six months continuous insurance on March 11, 2011 and jail waived.
