Daniel Dunlop started Arlee off on the right foot with a last-seconds pin, defeating his opponent with only two ticks left on the clock. Dunlop hung tough in his second match, but fell to his Drummond foe in a 7-6 decision.

Austin Rubel was knocked off in his first match, but rebounded admirably, winning his second match by pinfall just 1:31 into round one.

Leif Rova was Arlee's fourth wrestler to go 2-0 on the night, as he recorded an 8-3 decision victory against Florence before backing that up with a second-round pin against Drummond.

Finally, Al Plant endured two of the toughest matches on the evening, winning his first one 1:18 into round two, before being defeated, but refusing to be pinned, by a very tough Florence wrestler 17-1.

The Warriors return to action on Jan. 5 when they host Senior Night against Hellgate and Sentinel in another mixer.

Matches begin at 6 p.m.
