*The following district court proceeding took place Jan. 19.
-State of Montana vs. Cynthia Courville; 51. The matter before the Court is answer petition to revoke. Attorney Ted Fellman indicates the Defendant intends to admit some of the allegations. The Court finds the admissions are sufficient and the Defendant’s suspended sentence is revoked. The parties are prepared for sentencing. The Court commits the Defendant to the DOC for eight years with six years suspended on Count I and commits the Defendant to the DOC for eight years with six years suspended on Count II. The sentence imposed on Count II is to run concurrent to the sentence imposed on Count I. Defendant is to receive credit for all time in custody. The Court recommends Passages followed by pre-release if it meets with the approval of the DOC. All original conditions are re-imposed.

-State of Montana vs. James Wasson; 22. The matter before the Court is sentencing. For the offense of burglary, a felony, the Court commits the Defendant to the DOC for a term of five years.
-State of Montana vs. Josiah Kinyon; 20. The matter before the Court is arraignment. Ready to enter plea, Defendant pleads not guilty to the charges of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony, Count I, criminal possession of dangerous drugs, Count II and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, Count III, misdemeanors. The plea is entered and the case will be set for trial. The Court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on March 17 at 9 a.m.
-State of Montana vs. Danielle Lawler; 31. The matter before the Court is arraignment. Ready to enter plea, attorney Bob Long indicates that the parties have reached a plea agreement. Defendant admits committing the amended offense of criminal endangerment, a felony, Count I. The Court makes its findings, accepts the plea and finds the Defendant guilty of the charge. PSI ordered. Sentencing is set for Feb. 24 at 9 a.m.

Fined $250 and 180 days in jail and 178 days suspended. Jail completed 3/17/10. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $350 and 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended. Credited for 64 hours. Operating without liability insurance in effect – second offense. Fined $350 and 10 days in jail with eight days suspended. Credited for 64 hours.
