Old-Horn found guilty

POLSON — After about 90 minutes of deliberation, a district court jury found 24-year-old Clifford Old-Horn guilty of felony deliberate homicide.

Old-Horn was charged with the crime for his involvement in the 2005 murder of Harold Mitchell Junior, 73, of St. Ignatius.

After hearing the jury's verdict, the court revoked Old-Horn's bond. He will remain incarcerated until sentencing, set for August 31, 9 a.m.

The defendant faces a potential life sentence.
