Griffith Howell Davies, V, infant son of Griffith

Davies, IV and Stormi Mann of Polson, passed away on Wednesday,

Oct. 19, 2011 at Community Medical Center in Missoula surrounded by

his family and staff.

Griffith was born on June 22, 2011, one minute before

his identical twin brother, Gavin John, at Community Medical

Center.

Survivors also include his brother, Gavin; sisters,

Hailey and Kiera Mann; paternal grandparents, Griff Davies, III and

Sandy Davies; great-grandmother, Dorothy Simonsen; maternal

grandmother, Melody Mann; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and

friends.

A graveside service was held on Monday, Oct. 24, 1

p.m. at Lakeview Cemetery in Polson. In lieu of flowers, the family

has requested that contributions be made to the trust fund that has

been set up for Griffith’s twin brother, Gavin, at First Interstate

Bank, Polson.
