*The following Lake County District Court proceedings took place on March 22.
-State of Montana vs. Tamaria Ely; the matter before the court is change of plea. Acknowledgment of Rights and Plea Agreement filed. The court has reviewed and accepts the plea agreement. Defendant admits to committing the offense of Criminal Possession with Intent to Distribute, a felony. The court makes its findings accepts the plea and finds the defendant guilty of the charge. Sentencing is set for Thursday, April 26 at 9 a.m.
-State of Montana vs. Andrew Bigleggins; the matter before the court is arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charges of Criminal Endangerment, a felony. The plea is entered and the case will be set for trial. The defendant remains at liberty. The court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on Thursday, April 26 at 9 a.m. and a jury trial commencing on Monday, June 11.
-State of Montana vs. Jacob Koenig; the matter before the court is arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs, a felony. The plea is entered and the case will be set for trial. The defendant remains at liberty. The court will issue a jury trial setting order at a later time and instructs the defendant to remain in contact with his attorney.

The court makes its findings accepts the plea and finds the defendant guilty of the charge. Sentencing is set for Thursday, April 26 at 9 a.m.
-State of Montana vs. Bradley Noble; the matter before the court is sentencing on revocation. For the offense of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, seventh offense, a felony, the court commits the defendant to the Montana State Prison for a term of 15 years with five years suspended. The defendant is to receive credit for time served while incarcerated and will not be eligible for parole until he successfully completes the WATCH or Pre-Release program.

-State of Montana vs. Buffy Antonietti; the matter before the court is sentencing. Recommendations by counsel pursuant to plea agreement. The court defers imposition of sentence for five years.
-State of Montana vs. Sean Calahan; the matter before the court is for sentencing on revocation. The court commits defendant to Department of Corrections for 20 years with 10 suspended. The court requests the defendant enter and successfully complete Phase I of the sex offender treatment.

-Amanda Gullotta; 32. Failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - first offense. Fined $115.
-Lance Evans; 29. Operating with alcohol concentrations of 0.08 percent BAC or greater - second offense. Fined $600 and 365 days in jail with 360 days suspended. Credited with five days.
-Clinton Shepard; 30. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $250 and 180 days in jail with 178 suspended. Provide proof of valid driver’s license by May 5 and jail is waived.
-Erica Vigil; 21. Disorderly conduct. Fined $100 and 10 days in jail with nine suspended. Credited one day.
-Sherman Nelson; 81. Driving without a valid driver’s license. Fined $100.
-Elen Kahm; 58. Driving under the influence of any drug (Narcotic, etc.) - first offense. Fined $400 and 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.
-Kaylynn Kraemer; 21. Operating with an alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent or greater - first offense. Fined $400.
-Delta English; 26. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $450 and 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended.

-Jerry Dickson; 27. Reckless driving - first offense. Fined $300 and 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended.
-Sean Milliron; 29. Operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater - first offense. Fined $300 and 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.
-Jennifer Kunz; 34. Disorderly conduct. Fined $100 and 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.
