Lake County District Court, Judge McNeil presiding

*The following district court proceedings took place April 4.

-State of Montana vs. Bradley Noble; the matter before the court is change of plea. Acknowledgement of Rights and Plea Agreement is ordered filed. The court has reviewed and accepts the plea agreement. Defendant is sworn and understands the rights he is waiving. The court inquires. Defendant admits committing the offenses of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, fourth or subsequent offense, Count I and Driving While Privilege to do so is Suspended or Revoked, a misdemeanor, Count II. The court makes its findings, accepts the plea and finds the defendant guilty of the charges. Sentencing is set for Wednesday, May 9 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Joshua Brown; the matter before the court is Answer Petition to Revoke. It is indicated that defendant intends to make admissions. The court finds the admissions are sufficient and the defendant’s suspended sentence is revoked. The parties are prepared for sentencing. Recommendations by counsel. The court commits defendant to DOC for 13 years with five years suspended. The court recommends defendant be considered for placement at the Missoula Assessment and Sanction Center provided it meets with the approval of the DOC.

*The following justice court proceedings took place March 30-April 5.

-Dean Scheller; 50. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $250, forfeited bonds of $500 and 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. If provides proof of valid driver’s license by May 4, then jail time is waived.

-Jessica Vollmert; 26. Operating without liability insurance in effect - first offense. Fined $250. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $250 and 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. Failure to give a notice of accident by quickest means - apparent damage over $500. Fined $50 and 20 days in jail with 20 days suspended.

-Allen Zempel; 50. Reckless Driving. Fined $300 and 90 days in jail with 88 days suspended. Jail time can be completed in Sanders County within six months.

-Jenna Ness-Neumann; 24. Failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - owner or operator - third or subsequent offense. Fined $450 and 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. Driving without a valid driver’s license. Fined $250 and 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended.

-Hans Nymark; 66. Operating without liability insurance in effect - first offense. Fined $150 and 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended. Driving without a valid driver’s license. Fined $50 and 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

-Benjamin Newson; 32. Operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater - first offense. Fined $400 and 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

-Joshua Markovich; 22. Reckless Driving. Fined $300 and 90 days in jail with 90 days suspended. Failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - owner or operator - second offense. Fined $500 and 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. Credited with two days in jail.

-Rainee Vassar; 18. Driving without a valid driver’s license. Fined $250 and 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

-Dylan Brunner-Doerr; 30. Violation of restrictions imposed on a probationary D/L. Fined $50 and 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

-Tiffany Jore; 24, Driving without a valid driver’s license. Fined $250.

-Joseph Peasley; 20. Possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over the age of 18) - third or subsequent offense. Fined $400 and 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended. Jail suspended due to one week spent in Warm Springs. Operating without liability insurance in effect - second offense. Fined $350 and 10 days in jail with eight days suspended. If proof of six months continuous insurance on Aug. 16 is provided, jail time is waived and fine is reduced by $100.

-Aaron Jolstead; 25. Driving without a valid driver’s license. Fined $100.

-Rafael Pruneda; 31. Not in possession of seven previous days’ logs. Fined $100.

-Sheryl Clark; 57. Driving without a valid driver’s license. Fined $65.

-Rhonda Wilkins; 43. Failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - owner or operator - first offense. Fined $150.

Polson City Court, Judge Olson presiding

*The following city court proceeding took place March 31-April 6.

-Miranda Lee Morency; 22. Driving without a valid driver’s license. Fined $150. Owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance - second offense. Fined $350.

Ronan City Court, Judge Bartels presiding

*The following city court proceedings took place March 31-April 10.

-Drew S. Payne; 18. Possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (under age 18) - third offense. Fined $80.

-Franky Dee James; 42. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $350. Operating without liability insurance in effect - first offense. Fined $350.

-Jeremiah Reum; 28. Arrested on-site for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, a violation.

-Jeremy Rice; 33. Arrested on-site for obstructing a peace officer, a misdemeanor, resisting arrest, a misdemeanor, disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor, two counts of threats and improper influence, both felonies.

-Jeremiah Spottedblanket; 27. Arrested on-site for a probation violation, a felony.

-Johnny Allen; 20. Arrested on-site for possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, and PFMA - minor injury/physical contact, a misdemeanor.
