Darlene Louise Walker

Darlene Louise Walker, former resident of Arlee, passed away April 8, 2012. Darlene was born Dec. 21, 1939 in Baker, Ore. to Walter and Bonnie Hacker.

Darlene graduated from Baker High School in Baker, Ore. in 1958. She was married to Charles Walker on Nov. 2, 1958 in Vancouver, Wash.

Darlene is survived by her husband, Charles E. Walker of Lyons, Ore., sister Fay Collett of Tacoma, Wash., son Charles E. Walker, Jr. of Big Arm, and grandson Charles William Walker, also of Big Arm. She is preceded in death by parents Walter and Bonnie Hacker, sister Mary McClure, brothers Ed McClure and Dan W. McClure, and son Darrel E. Walker.

Burial has taken place at Pleasant View Cemetery in St. Ignatius. A memorial service will be held May 5 at Mehama Christian Center, Mehama, Ore. at 1 p.m.
