Lake County District Court, Judge McNeil presiding

*The following district court proceedings took place July 25, 2012.

-State of Montana vs. Randall Stevens. The matter before the court is arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of Burglary, a felony. Omnibus hearing is set for Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012 at 9 a.m. with a jury trial commencing on Monday, November 19, 2012 at 9 a.m. 

-State of Montana vs. Marvin Camel Jr. The matter before the court is sentencing. For the amended offense of assault on a minor, a felony, the court commits the defendant to the DOC for a period of five years all suspended.

-State of Montana vs. Marvin Camel Jr. The matter before the court is sentencing. For the amended offense of sexual assault, a felony. The court’s imposition of sentence is for a period of 2 years all suspended. 

- State of Montana vs. Beau Wegner. The matter before the court is sentencing. For the offense of theft, a felony, the court defers sentence for a period of 3 years.

*The following district court proceedings took place July 26,  2012.

- State of Montana vs. Freddrick Whitlock. The matter before the court is arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of assault with a weapon, a felony and to the charges of partner or family member assault and  the charge of unlawful restraint, both misdemeanors. Omnibus hearing is set for Thursday, Aug. 30, 2012 at 9 a.m. with a jury trial commencing Monday, Oct. 29, 2012 at 9 a.m. 

-State of Montana vs. Eric Templeton. The matter before the court is petition to revoke. The court finds the admissions are sufficient and the defendant’s suspended sentence is revoked. For the offense of criminal endangerment, a felony , the court commits the defendant to DOC for three years. 

-State of Montana vs. Ghlee Blickenstaff. The matter before the court is petition to revoke.  The court finds the admissions are sufficient and the defendant’s deferred sentence is revoked. For the offense of criminal endangerment, a felony and partner family member assault, a misdemeanor, and cruelty to animals, a misdemeanor, the court commits defendant to DOC for five years with three years suspended.

*The following justice court proceedings took place July 20-26, 2012. 

-Rochelle Nelson; 26. Driving a motor vehicle with suspended/revoked license, a misdemeanor. Sentenced to two days in jail, with time already served and fined $250. 

-Dan Wadsworth; 38. Operating a motor vehicle with alcohol concentration of 0.08% BAC or greater, a misdemeanor. Sentenced to 180 days in jail, 180 suspended, and fined $180.

-Jacob Hoon; 25. Driving a motor vehicle with suspended/revoked license, misdemeanor. Sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 suspended and fined $250.

-Robert Millspaugh; 23. Speeding-Exceed Restricted/Special Zone, misdemeanor. Fined $100.

-Cory Drowatzky; 18. Theft, misdemeanor. Fined $300.

-Seth Harpst; 28. Driving under the influence of alcohol, misdemeanor. Fined $300.

-Marion Burnside; 33. Reckless driving, misdemeanor. 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended. Fined $300.

-Jeffrey Devlin; 23. Criminal trespass to property, misdemeanor. $300.

*The following  court proceedings took place July 1-31, 2012.

-Olaf Ison; 28. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. 6 months in jail with 6 months suspended. Fined $100.

-Jessica Bisson; 26.  Criminal mischief/loss-damaged door with a rock. 180 days in jail with 180 suspended. Fined $300. Criminal mischief/loss l-damaged passenger side of vehicle by gouging the paint. 120 days in jail with 120 suspended. Fined $300.

- Paul Mainolfi; 44. Local speed violation. Fined $50.
