Ronan reunion
Ronan’s Class of 1992 recently gathered for its 20-year reunion with a 3-day celebration. We enjoyed the hospitality of Ronan businesses, including Ronan Flower Mill, Third Day Photography, Pizza Cafe, Willard’s, The Valley Club, and Mission Mountain Golf Course. We also enjoyed a pig roast at North Crow Clubhouse, a picnic in Ronan City Park, and a bonfire at the home of Tom and Mona Linse.
As with any event that occurs only every 10 years, MANY people put a lot of work into the reunion. We would like to thank: North Crow Women’s Club for making the arrangements for the clubhouse so easy! Ryan Fisher for making the pig roast possible and organizing the bonfire Kristen Bjarko Wenzel and Erin Piedalue Olson for coordinating the Pizza Cafe event Mindy Bocksnick Fyant for coordinating golfing Karli Olsson Graves for coordinating the Willard’s get together Jake Leishman for getting the ball rolling and for providing music at the clubhouse Frank Ciez, Scott Graham, Jeff Strozzi, and Rusty Weiser for roasting the pig Marlena Jensen and Jackie Jensen Brooks for providing decorations at the clubhouse Matt Wenzel and Kristen Bjarko Wenzel (Third Day Photography) for taking pictures at the clubhouse Jason DesJarlais and Jackie Jensen Brooks for postage Kristen Bjarko Wenzel for heading up the finances Jackie Jensen Brooks for formatting and publishing the Memory Books.
And to YOU, Class of ’92! You are the best! Without you, there would have been no celebration! Until we meet again...
On behalf of all Reunion Committee Members,

In agreement
Thank you, Gene Johnson, for your thoughtful letter (July 26) in reply to one written earlier by Carol Cummings. I, too, reacted as you did in that I was somewhat incredulous Ms. Cummings would claim to know what was in the mind of another, much less those who were living more than 200 years ago. Please know that I and many others in the valley completely agree with what you very succinctly wrote in your entire letter.
