Polson student wins scholarship from MSU

BOZEMAN -- Clint Cooper, a graduate of Polson High School, was one of just twelve high school seniors in Montana to receive the 2012 Presidential Scholarship, Montana State University’s most prestigious scholarship.
Cooper intends to major in computer science. He is the son of Marion and Darlene Cooper. MSU Presidential Scholarship awards are based on scholastic achievement, demonstrated leadership and personal qualities.
Recipients receive an annual award of a $2,500 stipend plus a tuition waiver, bringing the total value over four years to $30,309 for Montana Residents.
The scholarship is renewable for four years based on maintaining superior academic standing at MSU.
