Lake County District Court, Judge Christopher presiding

*The following district court proceedings took place Aug. 2, 2012.

- State of Montana vs. Asa Lehrke. The matter before the court is sentencing. On the charge of theft, a felony, the court sentences the defendant to ten years MSP all suspended but time served of thirty-four days.

- State of Montana vs. Lydia Fisher. The matter before the court is sentencing. The court defers imposition of the sentence for three years. The defendant is to serve thirty days LCJ. If defendant successfully completes in-patient treatment program it can replace jail time. The defendant committed the offense of driving under the influence of alcohol, the defendant has three prior convictions of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

- State of Montana vs. Stephen Bickerstaff. The matter before the court is arraignment and change of plea. The defendant pleads guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The defendant’s driving record indicates that he has four prior DUI convictions. It also indicates that the defendant’s driving privileges were revoked.

- State of Montana vs. Eddie Woodcock. The matter before the court is arraignment. The defendant pleads not guilty to the the charges of criminal possession of dangerous drugs and criminal possession with intent to distribute. The omnibus hearing is set for Thursday, Sept. 27, 2012 at 9 a.m with a jury trial commencing on Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012 at 9 a.m.

- State of Montana vs. Michael Trombley. The matter before the court is arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of theft, a felony. The omnibus hearing is set for Thursday, Oct. 4 at 9 a.m with a jury trial commencing Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012 at 9 a.m.

- State of Montana vs. Alex Finley. The matter before the court is petition to revoke. The court finds the admissions sufficient and the defendant’s suspended sentence is revoked. For the offense of criminal mischief, a felony, the court commits the defendant to DOC for ten years with five years suspended and for the offense of criminal endangerment the court commits the defendant to DOC for five years with all suspended.

- State of Montana vs. Richard Moulton II. The matter comes before the court for omnibus hearing. Acknowledgement of rights and plea agreement ordered filed. Defendant admits to driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a felony. Sentencing is set for Thursday, Oct. 4, 2012 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Desiree Peone. The matter came before the court for omnibus hearing. Defendant admits to the amended offense of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony. Sentencing is set for Thursday, Sept. 6 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Johnny Charlo. The matter before the court is sentencing. PSI has been reviewed no additions or corrections. For the offense of sexual assault, a felony, the court commits the defendant to the MSP for a term of forty years with twenty-five years suspended, in addition the court orders the defendant is not eligible for parole for five years.

*The following justice court proceedings took place July 27-Aug. 2, 2012.

- Gregory Olsen; 38. Reckless driving, misdemeanor. 90 days in jail with 76 suspended. Fined $300.

- Jennifer Evans; 37. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, misdemeanor. 80 days in jail with 178 suspended and 1 credited. Fined $ 250. Operating a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, misdemeanor. 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended. Fined $150.

- Stacia Maughan; 31.Driving without a valid drivers license, misdemeanor. Fined $250.

Polson City Court, Judge Olson Presiding

- Garry Lesser; 29. Disorderly conduct, misdemeanor. Fined $50.

- Chelsea Martin; 41. Dogs and cats running at large, misdemeanor. Fined $75.

- Kenneth Paulson; 79. Stop sign violation, misdemeanor. Fined $50.

- Greta Todhunter; 20. Following too closely, misdemeanor. Fined $ 50.

- Layne Stotts; 19. Following too closely, misdemeanor. Fined $ 50.

- Lois Crippen; 72. Interfering with traffic while backing up, misdemeanor. Fined $50.

- Valerie Murrin; 50. Theft or exerts unauthorized control over property. Fined $300.

*The following court proceedings took place July 23- Aug. 7, 2012.

-Bo Bourdon; 22. Fail to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle-third offense, misdemeanor. 180 days in jail with 178 suspended. Fined $500. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. 180 days in jail with 178 suspended. Fined $500.

-Tonya Gainan; 36. Theft -obtain or exerts unauthorized control over property, misdemeanor.

-Ryan Gustafson; 26. Speeding-41 mph in posted 25 mph, misdemeanor. Fined $45.

-Windi Orr; 30. Stop violation, misdemeanor. Fined $100.

- Anthony Coble; 29. Arrested on-site for possession of dangerous drugs and a probation violation both felonies. No proof of liability insurance, violation.

- Reba Hawkins; 24. Arrested on-site for possession of dangerous drugs, drug paraphernalia and DUI, all misdemeanors. Possession of dangerous drugs, a felony and a seatbelt violation.

-Chad Hemphill; 38. Arrested on-site for aggravated DUI, misdemeanor. Driving while license is suspended or revoked, violation.

-Roseanna Fisher; 57. Arrested on-site for criminal contempt, misdemeanor.

-Lavonda Curley; 39. Arrested on-site for parole violation, felony.

-Christopher Byker; 20. Arrested on-site possession of alcohol, under 21 and intoxicated minor, both misdemeanors.

-Matthew Waterman; 24. Arrested on-site for criminal contempt, misdemeanor.

-Kelsie Seville; 20. Arrested on a warrant. Possession of alcohol and issuing a bad check, misdemeanors.

-Jeremy Kirby; 42. Arrested on-site for reasonable apprehension and minor injury/physical contact, misdemeanors.

-Jack Novosel; 64. Arrested on-site for DUI, misdemeanor and no proof of insurance, violation.
