Lake County District Court, Judge McNeil presiding

*The following court proceedings took place on Aug. 8,2012.

-State of Montana vs. Harvey Sansavere. The matter before the court is sentencing on revocation. For the fourth offense of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a felony. The court commits defendant to DOC for five years, all suspended.

-State of Montana vs. James Allen. The matter before the court is arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of assault with a weapon, a felony. Omnibus hearing is set for Oct. 17 at 9 a.m with a jury trial commencing Jan. 14, 2013 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Daniel Finley. The matter before the court is change of plea. Defendant admits to committing the amended offense of theft of lost or mislaid property, a misdemeanor. The court sentences the defendant to six months in LCJ with all suspended but one day. Along with the provisions in the plea agreement the defendant is to pay a restitution of $3,484.70.

-State of Montana vs. Jerry Gasser. The matter before the court is petition to revoke probation. The court finds the admissions are sufficient and the defendant’s suspended sentence is revoked. Gasser was convicted of the offense of sale of dangerous drugs, a felony. For failure to meet probation agreements the court commits the defendant to DOC for five years.

-State of Montana vs. Lyman Ferguson. The matter before the court is arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to two charges of fraudulently obtaining dangerous drugs, a felony. Omnibus hearing is set for Nov. 7 at 9 a.m with a jury trial commencing Jan. 14, 2013 at 9 a.m.

*The following city court proceedings took place Aug.4-10, 2012.

-Kyle Ellingson; 43. Operating motor vehicle with expired registration, a misdemeanor. Operating a motor vehicle without insurance, a misdemeanor. Fined $250.

-Marissa McCrea; 19. Disorderly conduct, misdemeanor. Fined $60. Possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21. Fined $100.

- Jaymi Scott; 19. Possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21. Fined $100.

- Kelsie Seville; 20. Possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21. Fined $100.

- Dereck Williams; 37. Operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08% BAC or greater - first offense, a misdemeanor. 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended. Fined $400.

- Angelika Kelley; 24. Operating without liability insurance - third offense, a misdemeanor. 180 days in jail with 178 suspended. Fined $500. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, a misdemeanor. 180 days in jail with 178 suspended. Fined $250
