- State of Montana vs. Anna Williams. The matter before the court is sentencing. For the charges of issuing a bad check, common scheme, a felony, the court defers the imposition of sentence for 3 years.
- State of Montana vs. Micah Ashby. The matter before the court is arraignment. On the charges of aggravated assault, a felony and partner or family member assault, a misdemeanor, the defendant pled not guilty. The court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on Wednesday, Oct. 24 at 9 a.m. with a jury trial commencing Monday, Jan. 14, 2013.

- State of Montana vs. Anthony Coble. The matter before the court is arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to three charges of criminal possession of drugs, all felonies. The court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on Wednesday, Oct. 17 at 9 a.m. with a jury trial commencing on Monday, Dec. 17 at 9 a.m.
- State of Montana vs. Phillip Pierre. The matter before the court is change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offense of failure to give notice of change of address by sexual or violent offender, a felony. Sentencing is set for Wednesday, Sept. 19 at 9 a.m.
- State of Montana vs. Codey McKee- Asbury. The matter before the court is change of plea. Defendant admits committing the amended offense of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony. Sentencing is set for Wednesday, Sept. 19 at 9 a.m.
