Pirates compete at Coeur d'Alene, have six wrestlers place at Eureka Invitational

COEUR D’ALENE — Four Pirates wrestlers traveled to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, on Saturday for the Tri-State wrestling meet, while the rest of the team competed at the Eureka Invitational.

COEUR D’ALENE — Four Pirates wrestlers traveled to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, on Saturday for the Tri-State wrestling meet, while the rest of the team competed at the Eureka Invitational.

Carlos Quinones (119), Dylan Moll (125), Craig Feistner (140) and Mike Devlin (152) made the trip to Idaho, but did not place at the meet.

Feistner and Quinones did, however, go 2-2 on the day.

Full results of the tournament were not available.

Meanwhile, six Polson grapplers went on to place in the Eureka tournament.

Three collected second-place finishes including Thunder Morales (98), Cody Hedeen (105) and Tel Motichka (160).

Two more ended the night in third place at their respective weight classes: Jared Young (145) and Drew Carruth (152).

Tel Seemann also nabbed a fourth-place finish at 171 pounds for the Pirates.
