Calling any volunteer snow shoveling persons!  When the snow does start to fall we do sometimes have a need for persons we can contact to help our seniors with their snow shoveling.  If you are interested in doing this please give me a call here at the Center and I’ll put you on a list.

With days being shorter and not much sunshine this time of year a person has a tendency to get a little down, but I have a great solution for you: Come on in to the Center and join our exercise class.  They are here Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, are a wonderful group and have a great time.  It is open to both men and women and is a low impact exercise.  So if you want something to do or want to make a new friend or two, please come join us at 10:00 a.m.

A friendly reminder that BINGO is held at 7 pm on Friday nights. We will be closed on December 24th and 25th, Birthday dinner is on the 28th as is the Blood Pressure Clinic and we are open on the 31st as usual.

We would like to thank David Nash for his generous donation of beef to our Nutrition Program. We will definitely put it to good use.  You have made our Christmas one to remember!

Bowling Scores from December 11th are High Scratch Series Keith Ross 724, Cindy Lawin 699, Cristall Alter 640, Larry Alter 634, Don Young 617 and Jack Adamson 606.   High Scratch Games had Keith Ross 275, Cristall Alter 252, Cindy Lawin 240, Larry Alter 236, Don Young 230, Jack Adamson 225, Frani Basta 221, Jesse Barry 209 and Ray Theiler 203.
