Salomon seeks HD12 re-election

RONAN — Republican Dan Salomon of Ronan has announced his filing for re-election for the House of Representatives in District 12.

Salomon was first elected in 2010 to represent this central Lake County District. He served on the House education, agriculture and business and labor committees. He is the Republican Representative to the Montana Reserve Water Rights Compact Commission.

Salomon is a lifelong resident of the Mission Valley. He graduated from Ronan in 1975 and graduated from Montana State University in 1979 with a degree in agriculture. He has been a dairyman for over 30 years and is currently farming. He and his wife, Janey, have been married for 32 years and have three daughters, Katie, Christa (Salomon) Schallock and Kelsey (Salomon) Skogen.
