Two Pablo men face federal charges
GREAT FALLS — Two Pablo residents were among three men arraigned in a Great Falls federal court session on charges of violations of the Bald and Golden Eagle Act and the Migratory Bird Treaty Act on Monday, Feb. 6
Curtis Foster, 58, and Glenn Reum, 57, pleaded not guilty to the charges and are currently released on special conditions. If convicted, the men each face possible penalties of one year in prison and a $15,000 fine.
