Thanks to all who supplied goodies for our bake sale last week, and also to all who came and bought from us. We really appreciate your generosity and support.
We will be having a spaghetti dinner on Sunday, Feb. 19 from 1 p.m. until 4 in the afternoon. Kids under 5 eat free. This is also a fundraiser to help support the senior nutrition program.
The foot clinic for this month is on Wednesday, March 15 from 10:30 until noon.
There were 20 people here to play Pinochle on the 6th. Lunch was served by Grace Sager, high score was by Todd Myhre, low score was by Bob Cook, most pinochles was by Carrie Faulkner and the door prize was won by Phil Grant. They will play cards here at the Ronan Center again on Feb. 20 at 1:30 p.m.
We are still signing people up to have their taxes done by the AARP rep. Please give us a call at 676-2371 and we will put you on the list.
Congratulations to Esther, who recently turned 90 years young.
Thanks to Russ and Joan Sherman for the donation of 1/2 of a beef and for all of the farm fresh eggs. We really appreciate your kindness. We have several friends out with various illnesses, and we wish all of them speedy recoveries.
Our menu for the rest of the month is: Wednesday (25th) chicken, Friday (17th) Salisbury steak, Monday (20th) hamburgers, Wednesday (22nd) chicken noodle soup, Friday (24th) roast beef, Monday (27th) pork chops and Wednesday (29th) hamburger gravy.

Birthday dinner and the Blood Pressure Clinic will be on Friday, Feb. 24. The clinic will start at 10:30 and lunch will be served starting at noon. Bring a friend and come on down and join us for some really good roast beef!
Mike will be here on Tuesday the 28th at 9 a.m. for the Hearing Clinic. It is a first come, first served situation so if you are having some troubles or need some information be sure and stop by and talk with him.
We have exercise class here at the center every Monday, Wednesday and Friday starting at 10 a.m. The class has been growing and they look like they are having a really good time, so if you feel like you need a little extra exercise please feel free to come on in and join us. The class is open to men as well as the ladies and is a low-impact class. Come have some fun!
Kaye and Tom are getting into the tax mode and the appointments are filling up fast, so if you need to get your taxes done give us a call at 883-4735 and we’ll get you an appointment.
Jo Durand and Shirley Laisy have been doing a great job at decorating the hall for each month. Right now we are in the midst of Valentines with lots of red, pink and white. If you haven’t been in for a while stop in and take a look. We would love to see you.

I’m not to sure if “Old Man Winter” is coming or going these days so you all take care, stay warm, watch out for the ice and we’ll talk again soon.

High Series-No Handicap had Cindy Lawin 660, Brenda Williams 645, Don Young 638 and Jack Adamson 631. High Handicap Series was Brenda Williams 732 and Jack Adamson 721.
The scores for Feb. 7 are High Men’s Game Don Young 263 and High Women’s Game Brenda Williams 260. High Handicap Series had Don Young 774, Brenda Williams 743, Jim Funke 714, Pete Daniels 673, Ray Theiler 673, Jim Sisler 658, Keith Ross 646, Vivian Ross 640, Jack Adamson 634 and Cindy Lawin 628.
Now for some card scores. Bridge for Jan. 27 had Millie Mielke first and Win Baer second and Jan. 30 had Ruth Baer first and Max Neeley second. On Feb. 3 Ruth Baer was first and Doris Gorsuch was second. Pinochle scores for Feb. 3 had Ward Grilley first and no one could remember who got second and on the 9th Donna Cason was first and Pete Daniels second.
