BIGFORK - Mission got off to a slow start but continued to battle against 5-1 Bigfork on Tuesday night before falling 58-50.

The Vikings got off to a 18-8 start and led 33-22 at halftime. The Bulldogs would outscore Bigfork 14-8 in the third quarter to pull within five points.

Bigfork was able to maintain their lead in the fourth and hold onto the victory despite 12 points by Stuart Grant and 11 by Dylan Evans.

Nikko Alexander and Austin Durglo also had eight points.

The Vikings' Ian Lorang led all scorers with 15 points.
