Lake County District Court, Judge Christopher presiding

*The following district court proceedings took place on Dec. 29.

-State of Montana vs. Analisa Unger; the matter before the court is hearing on bond reduction. Acknowledgement of Rights and Plea agreement ordered filed. The has court has reviewed and accepts the plea agreement. Defendant admits committing the offense of theft, a felony, count III. The state dismisses counts and I and II. The court makes its findings, accepts the plea and finds the defendant guilty of the charge. Sentencing is set for Thursday, Feb. 2, 2012 at 9 a.m.

Lake County District Court, Judge McNeil presiding

-State of Montana vs. Cheyenne Morton; the matter before the court is sentencing on revocation. The court commits defendant to DOC for five years with all suspended. Defendant is to receive time spent in custody. All original conditions are re-imposed. In addition, defendant is to undergo a mental health evaluation, is to start it within 90 days and is to complete his GED within six months of today’s date.

-State of Montana vs. Jana Baker; the matter before the court is sentencing. Recommendations by counsel pursuant to the plea agreement. The court commits defendant to DOC for 10 years with five years suspended.

Lake County Justice Court, Judge Wall presiding

-Jeffrey Freeman; 27. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $250 and 180 days in jail with 178 suspended. If provides a valid driver’s license, then jail time waived.

Polson City Court, Judge Olson presiding

*The follow city court proceedings took place between Dec. 22-28

-David Love; 39. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance - first offense. Displaying license plates assigned to a different vehicle. Obstructing a police officer or public servant. Failure to notify owner after accident resulting in damage to property/fixtures along highway. Fined $250 and restitution of $175.35 and two days in jail.

St. Ignatius City Court, Judge Richardson presiding

*The following city court proceedings took place between Dec. 1-31.

-Michael Clay; 41. Local speed violation. Bond forfeiture of $75.

-Cary Bradfield; 20. Local speed violation. Fined $100.

-Adam Munson; 30. Driving without a valid driver’s license. Fined $100. Local speed violation. $75.

-Cameron Kujawa; 21. Local speed violation. Bond forfeiture of $75.

-Terri Dotson; 53. Local speed violation. Bond forfeiture of $75.

-Richard Downing; 20. Arrested on-site for a probation violation, a felony.

-Patrick Hahn; 48. Arrested on-site for criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.

-Niki Torgenrud; 25. Arrested on-site for criminal contempt, a misdemeanor.
