PLAINS - A slow start hampered the Maidens as they fell 51-37 on

Friday night.

Plains jumped out to a 15-4 lead in the first quarter and the

Maidens couldn't recover from that deficit despite 13 points from

Raymi Clairmont and Ashley Grandchamp.

Plains jumped out to a 15-4 lead in the first quarter and the Maidens couldn't recover from that deficit despite 13 points from Raymi Clairmont and Ashley Grandchamp.

After trialing 27-16 at halftime, Plains went on a 14-7 run in the third quarter to solidify their lead.

Ronan's record is now 3-6.
