- State of Montana vs. Beth A. Oldhorn. The matter before the court is sentencing. The Court commits the defendant to DOC for eight years with six suspended.

* The following district court proceedings took place June 27-29, 2012.
- State of Montana vs. Damon Tichbourne. The matter before the court is arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charges of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, count I, a felony. Bond reduced to $2,500. The court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012 at 9 a.m. with a jury trial commencing on Monday, Sept. 10, 2012 at 9 a.m.
- State of Montana vs. Norman Pulliam. The matter before the court is arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charges of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, count I, a felony and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, count II, a felony. Bond reduced to $2,500. The court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on Thursday, Aug. 2 at 9 a.m. with a jury trial commencing on Monday, Sept. 10, 2012.
- State of Montana vs. Byron Colon. The matter before the court is arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to charges of assault with a weapon, count I and II, felonies. The court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012 at 9 a.m. with a jury trial commencing on Monday, Sept. 10, 2012 at 9 a.m.
- State of Montana vs. Xavier Streets. The matter before the court is change of plea. Defendant admits to committing the crime of burglary, a felony, and makes admissions to the allegations in the report of violation in DC-11-10. The court accepts the plea and finds the defendant guilty of the charge in DC-12-20 and revokes the defendant’s deferred sentence in DC-11-10. PSI ordered. Sentencing is set for Thursday, Aug. 23 at 9 a.m.
- State of Montana vs. Dixie Yaeger. The matter before the court is sentencing. For the offense of operation of a noncommercial vehicle by person with alcohol concentration of .08 or more, a misdemeanor, the court commits the defendant to the Lake County Jail for a term of 10 days. Defendant is fined the sum of $500 with $250 suspended and complete the ACT program.

- Lavar Rashgke Gibson; 34. Disorderly conduct, misdemeanor. Fined $100 and 10 days in jail with four days suspended and four days credited.
- Jamie Alvarado Ramos; 44. Reckless Driving - first offense, misdemeanor. Fined $300 and 90 days in jail with 88 suspended.
- Jennifer Michelle Hammond; 30. Obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, misdemeanor. Fined $150 and 180 days in jail with 175 suspended.
- Miranda G Birthmark; 23. Operating without liability insurance in effect -second offense, misdemeanor. Fined $350 and 10 days in jail with eight suspended. If provides proof of valid insurance and keeps it for six months, jail is waived and fine reduced $100.
- Dale Lee Crabtree; 38. Display license plates assigned to another vehicle, misdemeanor. Fined $50. Failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - owner or operator - first offense, misdemeanor. Fined $150.
- Zachary Nicholas Tomlanovich; 21. Failure to carry proof or ehibit insurance in vehicle - owner or operator - first offense, misdemeanor. Fined $150 and 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended. Operating with expired registration - failure to register, misdemeanor. Fined $50. Careless driving, misdemeanor. Fined $50.
- Derrick Cecil Pluff; 25. Driving without a valid driver’s license, misdemeanor. Fined $200. Failure to carry proof or ehibit insurance in vehicle - owner or operator - third or subsequent offense, misdemeanor. Fined $450 and 180 days in jail with 170 suspended. Will need to do five days, then keep insurance for six months and the other five days waived.
- Brandon Lee Montgomery; 24. Careless driving. Fined $50. Failure to notify owner after accicent resulting in damage to property/fixtures along highway, misdemeanor. Fined $100 and 20 days in jail with 20 suspended. Failure to give notice of accident by quickest means/apparent damage over $500, misdemeanor. Fined $100 and 20 days in jail with 20 suspended. Obstructing a peace officer or public servant, misdemeanor. Fined $200 and 180 days in jail with 180 suspended.
