Lake County District Court, Judge Christopher presiding
• The following district court proceedings took place June 21-July 5.
- State of Montana vs. Analisa Unger. The matter before the court is sentencing. For the offense of theft, count II, the court commits the defendant to the DOC for a term of 10 years with all suspended but 90 days.
- State of Montana vs. Jeremy Rice. The matter before the court is change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offense of threats and improper influence in official and political matters, counts I and II, felonies. The court makes its findings, accepts the plea and finds the defendant guilty of the charge. PSI ordered. Sentencing is set for Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012 at 9 a.m.

* The following Justice Court proceedings took place June 29-July 5.
- Fredderick Lamar Whitlock; 32. Assault, misdemeanor. Fined $250 and 180 days in jail with 170 days suspended and credit for time served.
- Dennis S. Finnegan; 43. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $350 and 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended.

- James Vernon Roylance; 19. Possessing intoxicating substances while under the age of 21 (over age 18) - first offense, misdemeanor. Obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, misdemeanor. Fined $50.
- Sara Lynn Drollman; 27. Careless driving, misdemeanor. Fined $100. Operating with expired registration - failure to reregister, misdemeanor. Fined $50.
- Daniel Lyle Long; 30. Negligent endangerment (substantial risk - death/serious bodily injury), misdemeanor. Fined $600 and one year, 10 days in jail with one year suspended.
- Daniel Harold Crevar; 79. Reckless driving, first offense, misdemeanor. Fined $300 and 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended.
- Skyler Mathew Knutson; 22. Unlawful transactions with children, first violation, misdemeanor. Fined $500 and six months, one day in jail with six months suspended. Driving under the influence of alcohol - second offense, misdemeanor. Fined $1,000 and six months, five days in jail.
