Lake County District Court, Judge McNeal presiding

* The following district court proceedings took place July 11, 2012.

- State of Montana vs. LeRoy Black III. The matter before the court is change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offense of criminal endangerment, a felony. The court finds the defendant guilty of the charge. Sentencing is set for Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2012 at 9 a.m.

- State of Montana vs. Lyle Brooks. The matter before the court is change of plea. Defendant admits committing the amended offense of assault, a misdemeanor. The court finds the defendant guilty of the charge. The court commits the defendant to Lake County Jail for six months with all suspended but 10 days to be served within 90 days. Defendant is to serve three days in the tribal jail and the balance of seven days in the LCJ.

- State of Montana vs. Michael Westmark. The matter before the court is sentencing. The court commits the defendant to the Montana Department of Corrections for placement in an appropriate correctional facility for 13 months followed by five years in DOC, all suspended.

- State of Montana vs. Shane Johnson. The matter before the court is arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of issuing a bad check, common scheme, a felony. Omnibus hearing is set for Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012 at 9 a.m. with a jury trial commencing on Monday, Oct. 22, 2012.

- State of Montana vs. Seth Harpst. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of theft, a felony. Omnibus hearing is set for Thursday, Aug. 23, 2012 at 9 a.m. with a jury trial commencing on Monday, Oct. 22, 2012 at 9 a.m.

- Jill Mainard; 58. Operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater - first offense, misdemeanor. Fined $400 and 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

- Clyde John Bosley; 54. Privacy in communications-first offense, misdemeanor. Fined $85 and 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

- Tasheena Renee Mitchell; 26. Driving without a valid drivers license, misdemeanor. Fined $250 and 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

- Michael James Lytton; 28. Driving without a valid drivers license, misdemeanor. Fined $250 and 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

- Iva Jean Siragusa; 44. Driving wrong way on a one way street, misdemeanor. Fined $50.

- Kyler Morgan Rutz; 19. Failure to carry proof of insurance in vehicle - first offense, misdemeanor. Fined $150.

- Per Gosta Norell; 58. Driving under the influence of alcohol, second offense, misdemeanor. Fined $600 and 180 days in jail with 166 days suspended and two days credited.

-Thomas Goss; 54. Driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense, misdemeanor. Fined $400 and 180 days in jail with 179 days suspended.

- Anna Catherine Stewart; 19. Local speed violation. Fined $70.

- Mariah M. Duell; 19. Passing in a no-passing zone. Fined $50.

* The following city court proceedings took place July 7-13, 2012.

- Kyle Delaney; 26. Assault, misdemeanor. Deferred by prosecutor. Driving without a valid drivers license, misdemeanor. Fined $50.

- Steven Roberts; 21. Operating with expired registration — failure to register, misdemeanor. Fined $50.

- David Swope; 27. Operating a vehicle in unsafe conditions without proper lights/equipment, misdemeanor. Fined $50.

- Whitney Bowditch; 15. Unsafe left turn across lane marked with two yellow lines, misdemeanor. Fined $50.

- Daniel Long; 30. Operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater, third offense, misdeameanor. Amended to negligent endangerment (substantial risk of death/serious bodily injury), misdemeanor. Fined $600, sentenced to 1 year, 10 days in jail with 1 year suspended.

-Jonathan Weber; 20. Operating without insurance, misdemeanor. Fined $250, given 10 days in jail with eight days suspended.
