Polson

I hope that all of you are enjoying the flowers and the pot arrangements that are by the south side door. Dave and Paul hauled in the rocks, Dave did a lot of “rock arranging” (sounds better than shoveling) and Kaye has done the planting.  We really do appreciate all of the hard work that they put in here. Now all we need is a little sunshine and things will really take off!

Our election of officers is fast approaching and we are seeking interested people to serve on the board and run for offices. If you are truly interested please feel free to come and join us for our monthly board meeting on Friday, July 13.  We are always happy to see a new face.

Just a friendly reminder that we will be closed on July 4 and will be back open on July 5 at 8 a.m. You all have a good week and we’ll talk again soon.

Now for some card scores. Bridge for June 15 had Jack Gunns first and Chuck Aker second. On June 19 Jack Gunns was first and Millie Mielke took second and on June 22 Bob Gorsuch was first and his lovely bride Doris took second. Now for some Pinochle scores. June 21 had Gracie Schumacher first and Carol Daniels second.
