Pirates eliminated from tournament
BUTTE - Park High School heated up after the first quarter and eliminated the Polson Pirates from the 2012 Class A Boys Basketball State Tournament with a 70-48 win in Butte on Friday.

BUTTE - Park High School heated up after the first quarter and eliminated the Polson Pirates from the 2012 Class A Boys Basketball State Tournament with a 70-48 win in Butte on Friday.
Polson only trailed 13-8 after the first quarter but the Rangers scored 24 in the second quarter and 23 in the third to put the game on ice.
Cody Fischer and Vince DiGiallonardo both had 11 for the Pirates, who finished the season 10-14.
