Thomas Noel Tougas

Thomas Noel Tougas, born Feb. 17, 1955 to Richard and Lorna Tougas in Polson, passed away with some of his family by his side on Feb. 25, 2012 in Phoenix, Ariz. at Banner Good Samaritan Hospital.

He graduated from Sentinel High School in 1974 in Missoula. He worked for Heritage Moving Company in Mesa, Ariz. as a general manager. He was a dedicated, hardworking man who loved his work. He had a lot of good friends whom he loved to help out when they needed him. He really enjoyed himself when he came back to Montana to see his family and friends.

Thomas was preceded in death by his brother, Richard, and his grandparents, Howard and Ruth Newgard and Noel and Agnes Tougas. He is survived by his parents, Richard and Lorna; brothers, Rob Tougas, Bill (Kimberly Bactus) Tougas, Gerald (Kimberly) Tougas; sister, Sharri Lynn (John) Beck; nieces, Amy Beck, Samantha Tougas, Nichole Tougas, Natasha Tougas, Jessica Meyer and nephew, Luke Backus.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at 1 p.m. at the Pablo Christian Church with Rev. Dewey Obenchain officiating. Shrider-Thompson Funeral and Cremation Services of Ronan is assisting with arrangements.
