*The following district court proceedings took place March 15.
-State of Montana vs. Jerry Dickson; the matter before the court is arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charges of Criminal Production or Manufacturing of Dangerous Drugs, a felony, count I and Criminal Possession with intent to distribute, a felony, Count II. The plea is entered and the case will be set for trial. The court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on Thursday, May 24 at 9 a.m. with a jury trial commencing on Monday, June 25 at 9 a.m.
-State of Montana vs. Kerry Busby; the matter before the court is omnibus hearing. Acknowledgement of Rights and Plea Agreement filed. The court has reviewed and accepts the plea agreement. Defendant pleads no contest to the amended offense of assault, a misdemeanor. The court makes its findings, accepts the plea and finds the defendant guilty of the charge. Parties are prepared to proceed to sentencing. For the offense of Assault, a misdemeanor the court defers imposition of sentence for a period of six months.
-State of Montana vs. David Boucher Jr.; the matter before the court is sentencing. For the offense of Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs, the court commits the defendant to the DOC for a term of five years, all suspended and for the offense of Burglary, a felony, count I, the court commits the defendant to the DOC for a term of five years with three suspended.
-State of Montana vs. Eric Templeton; the matter before the court is sentencing. For the offense of Criminal Endangerment, a felony, the court commits the defendant to the DOC for a term of three years, with all that time suspended. As a condition of the suspended portion of the defendant’s sentence, the defendant shall successfully enter and complete Treasure State Boot Camp within six months of sentencing.
-State of Montana vs. Scott Koplin; the matter before the court is change of plea. Acknowledgment of Rights and plea agreement ordered filed. Defendant admits to committing the offense of Burglary, a felony. The court makes its findings, accepts the plea and finds the defendant guilty of the charge. Sentencing is set for Thursday, April 19 at 9 a.m.
-State of Montana vs. Johnny Charlo; the matter before the court is change of plea. Acknowledgement of Rights and waiver of rights upon plea of guilty without plea agreement ordered filed. Defendant admits committing the offense of Sexual Assault, a felony. The court makes its findings, accepts the plea and finds the defendant guilty of the charge. Sentencing is set for Thursday, April 19 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. Ronald Hout, Jr.; the matter before the court is a revocation hearing. Both parties have agreed to a commitment to the DOC for a term of six years and the defendant is to receive credit for time served of 495 days as of today’s date with recommendations for START followed by treatment at Connections Corrections and Pre-release. Previous conditions are re-imposed.

-State of Montana vs. Christopher Morigeau; the matter before the court is sentencing. Recommendations pursuant to plea agreement. The court commits the defendant to the DOC for five years with all suspended but 45 days, defendant is to receive credit for time served to date. There will be no additional jail time imposed as Defendant has already been given credit for inpatient treatments.
-State of Montana vs. Daniel Durglo; the matter before the court is change of plea. Acknowledgement of Rights and Plea Agreement is ordered filed. The court has reviewed and accepts the plea agreement. Defendant admits committing the offense of Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs, a felony. The court makes its findings, accepts the plea and finds the defendant guilty of the charge. Sentencing is set for Wednesday, April 18 at 9 a.m.
-State of Montana vs. Anna Williams; the matter before the court is arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of Issuing a Bad Check, Common Scheme, a felony, count I. The plea is entered and the case will be set for trial. Defendant remains at liberty. The court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on Wednesday, May 23 at 9 a.m. with the jury trial commencing on Monday, July 16.

-Fabian Camacho; 18. Failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - owner or operator - first offense. Fined $150 and 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended. Fleeing from or eluding a peace officer. Jail time of 180 days with 180 days suspended.

-Brandon Simmons; 25. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $250 and 180 days in jail with 178 suspended. Jail time waived if provides a valid Montana DL by May 14. Operating without liability insurance in effect - first offense. Fined $150.
-Samuel Wendell; 23. Operating without liability insurance in effect - second offense. Fined $350 and 10 days in jail with eight days suspended. Jail waived if he providers proof of valid insurance by March 26 and proof of six months of continuous insurance.
-Isabelle Kuhblank; 21. Failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - owner or operator - second offense. Fined $350 and 10 days in jail with eight days suspended. Jail waived if she provides proof of six months continuous insurance coverage on Sept. 9.
-Laurence Two Teeth; 50. Improper passing - in no-passing zone. Fined $50.
-Courtney Hill; 28. Owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance - second offense. Fined $350 and 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. Jail time waived If she provides proof of valid insurance by April 9 and proof of six months continuous coverage. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $350 and 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended. Jail time reduced to two days if she provides proof of valid driver’s license by April 9. Obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. Fined $100 and 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.
