Lake County District Court, Judge Christopher presiding
*The following district court proceeding took place May 10.
-State of Montana vs. Susan Pierre; the matter before the court is adjudicatory hearing. Counsel indicated the defendant will be making admissions to the report of a violation filed March 9, 2012. The court finds the state provided sufficient evidence to support the petition and revokes the defendant’s suspended sentence. Counsel requests sentencing to be continued for two weeks. No objections by the state. The court sets this matter for sentencing on Thursday, May 24 at 9 a.m.
Lake County District Court, Judge McNeil presiding
*The following district court proceedings took place May 9.
-State of Montana vs. Travis Lozeau; the matter before the court is sentencing. Recommendations pursuant to plea agreement. The court defers imposition of sentence for three years. As conditions, defendant is ordered to serve 30 days in the LCJ and the court finds the defendant has satisfied this requirement.
-State of Montana vs. Bradley Noble; the matter before the court is sentencing. Recommendations pursuant to the plea agreement. The court commits defendant to DOC for five years all of which is suspended on Count I and to the LCJ for six months with all suspended on Count II. The sentences imposed on Counts I and II are to run consecutive to the sentence imposed in DC-01-93.
-State of Montana vs. Tammy Evertz; the matter before the court is hearing on merits. Counsel indicates that defendant is prepared to admit some of the allegations. The court finds the admissions are sufficient and the defendant’s suspended sentence is revoked. The court commits the defendant to DOC for five years no part of which is suspended. The court concurs with the recommendation of DOC that defendant be screened for connections corrections in Elkhorn, but it’s at the discretion of DOC. Defendant is to receive full credit for time while in custody.

*The following justice court proceedings took place May 4-10.
-Dustin Gladeau; 30. Driving without a valid drivers’ license - expired less than 180 days. Fined $215.
-Nolan Tromp; 22. Operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater - second offense. Fined $600 and 365 days in jail with 360 days suspended.
-Tammy Guinnee; 40. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $250 and 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. Owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance - first offense. Fined $150.
-Keimberly Barber; 43. Driving without a valid drivers’ license. Fined $250.
-Jessie Kolasinski; 30. Failure to give notice of accident by quickest means/apparent damage over $500. Operating without liability insurance in effect - first offense. Fined $150.
-Shannon Hale; 26. Operating without liability insurance in effect - third or subsequent offense. Fined $450 and 180 days in jail with 175 days suspended.

*The following city court proceedings took place May 9-15.
-Cynthia Karns; 43. Operating without liability insurance in effect - first offense. Fined $50 and two days in jail with two suspended. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $250 and 10 days in jail with 10 suspended.
-Vannessa Salmelin; 25. Operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08 percent BAC or greater - first offense. Fined $400.

*The following people were booked into Lake County Jail May 7-14. All are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
-Misty Truitt; 36. Arrested on a warrant for a probation violation and criminal contempt, both misdemeanors.
-Terrance Berger; 41. Arrested on-site for PFMA - minor injury and physical contact, a felony.
