ST. IGNATIUS — Zachary Menicucci-Foster, son of Ralph (Phyllis Haynes) and the late Rebecca Menicucci-Foster, graduated from Delgado College this May with a degree in Culinary Arts Pastry Concentration and Associate of Applied Sciences. He is a third generation baker/pastry chef and his uncle still owns a bakery in Deer Lodge as well as Louie’s Montana’s Beef Pasties.

A graduate of Polson High School and longtime student at Mission High, Mr. Menicucci-Foster would like to thank those who helped him with scholarships so that he could attend Delgado.

Delgado, located in New Orleans, La., is one of only five schools to produce Pastry Chefs in the United States and the only one in the United States that trains chefs in the classical European fashion. Zach is planning on staying inNew Orleans and continuing his employment with Blue Dot Donuts. He has been fortunate to have already been in several Food Channel, Travel Channel and Discovery Channel productions.
