Lake County District Court, Judge McNeil presiding

*The following court proceedings took place May 16.

-State of Montana vs. Randolph Nigg; the matter before the court is sentencing. Recommendations pursuant to plea agreement. The court commits defendant to DOC for 20 years with 15 years suspended.

-State of Montana vs. Louis Camel; the matter before the court is change of plea. Acknowledgement of Rights and Plea Agreement is ordered filed. The court has received and accepts the plea agreement. The defendant is sworn and understands the rights he is waiving. Defendant admits committing the offense of Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs, fourth or subsequent offense, a felony. The court makes its findings accepts the plea and finds the defendant guilty of the charge. Sentencing is set for Wednesday, Nov. 7 at 9 a.m.

-State of Montana vs. John Graves; the matter before the court is sentencing. Recommendations pursuant to plea agreement. The court commits defendant to DOC for 10 years with none suspended on Count I and to DOC for 10 years with none suspended on Count II. The sentence imposed on Count II shall run concurrent to the sentence imposed on Count I and this shall run concurrent to DC-11-418A and DC-11-425D in Flathead County.

*The following court proceedings took place May 11-17.

-Dana Baese; 23. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $500 and 180 days in jail with 159 days suspended.

-Joshua Olson; 29. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $200.

-Casey Mann; 28. Driving without a valid driver’s license. Fined $350 and 180 days in jail with 180 days suspended.

-Michael White; 47. Partner or family member assault - first offense. Fined $300 and 365 days in jail with 364 days suspended.

-Terrace Sias; 21. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $250 and 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended.

-Anthony Turpin; 56. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $450 and 10 days in jail with five days suspended. Five days served and five days deferred. Failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance vehicle - owner or operator - second offense. Fined $350.

-Christina Huntsman; 24. Failure to carry proof or exhibit insurance in vehicle - owner or operator - second offense. Fined $350 and 180 days in jail with 178 days suspended. If proof of valid insurance by June 15 and proof of six months continuous insurance then fine reduced by $100 and jail waived.

*The following city court proceedings took place May 12-19.

-Cody Weaving; 32. Criminal mischief pecuniary loss less than $1,500. Fined $200 and $200 in restitution.

-Robert McGillivray; 74. Stop sign violation. Fined $50.

-Jeannie Hayes; 45. Careless driving. Fined $50.

*The following city court proceedings took place May 16-22.

-Delta-Dawn Clark; 26. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. Fined $250 and 180 days in jail with 178 suspended. Operating without liability insurance in effect – third or subsequent offense. Fined $500 and 180 days in jail with 178 suspended. Stop sign violation. Fined $50.

Arrested on-site for eluding a police officer, a felony, a possession of dangerous drugs, a misdemeanor, possession of drug paraphernalia, a felony, driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, a violation, DUI drugs or alcohol, a misdemeanor, no liability insurance, a misdemeanor, criminal endangerment, a felony, revocation of sentence, a felony.

-John Trevithick; 43. Arrested on-site for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, a misdemeanor, no liability insurance, a misdemeanor, DUI (refusal), a misdemeanor and three counts of criminal contempt, all misdemeanors.

-Francois Pepion; 34. Arrested on-site for DUI drugs or alcohol, a felony.

-Robert Retallick; 44. Arrested on-site for DUI (refusal), a misdemeanor.
