*The following district court cases took place on Oct. 24.
-State of Montana vs. Tyson Irvine. The matter before the court is for hearing of merits. The defendant violated his probation conditions and his suspended sentence was revoked. On two counts of assault with a weapon, a felony, the court commits the defendant to 15 years with 10 suspended.
-State of Montana vs. Daniel Durglo. The matter before the court is petition to revoke. The defendant admitted to violating his probation conditions and his suspended sentence was revoked. On the charge of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony, the court commits the defendant to the Department of Corrections for 5 years.
-State of Montana vs. James Snyder. The matter before the court is arraignment. The defendant pled not guilty to the charge of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony. The court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on Wednesday, Oct. 24 at 9 a.m. with a jury trial commencing on Monday, Dec. 17 at 9 a.m.
-State of Montana vs. Phillip Pierre. The matter before the court is sentencing. The court accepts the plea agreement and the defendant is sentenced to 5 years with all suspended for the offense of failure to give notice of change of address by sexual or violent offender, a felony.

-State of Montana vs. Andrew Bigleggins. The matter before the court is sentencing. For the offense of criminal endangerment, a felony, the court defers imposition of sentence for 3 years. For the offense of operating without liability insurance, a misdemeanor the court defers imposition of sentence for 6 months. The state agrees to dismiss the charge of driving under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor on the condition that the defendant pleads guilty in Tribal Court to the offense and serves no less than 10 days in Tribal Jail with none suspended.
-State of Montana vs. Michael Trombley. The matter before the court is for change of plea. The defendant admitted to the offense of theft, a felony. Sentencing is set for Thursday, Dec. 20 at 9 a.m.
- State of Montana vs. Dawna Michel. The matter before the court is for change of plea. The defendant admitted to the offense of assault with a weapon, a felony. Sentencing is set for Thursday, Dec. 20 at 9 a.m.
- State of Montana vs. Jeremiah Mitchell. The matter before the court is for change of plea. Defendant admitted to the offense of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony. Sentencing is set for Thursday, Dec. 6 at 9 a.m.

- Erica Lasell; 27. Operating with expired registration-failure to reregister, a misdemeanor. Fined $50. Operating without liability insurance in effect-first offense, a misdemeanor. Fined $250. Failure to have have child under 6 years old and less than 60 lbs. properly restrained, a misdemeanor. Fined $50.
-Elise Stelling; 16. Driving without a valid drivers license-has never possessed, a misdemeanor. Fined $200. Careless driving, a misdemeanor. Fined $50.
- Cameron Lytle; 24. Operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08% BAC or greater-first offense, a misdemeanor. 180 days in jail with 180 suspended. Fined $400.
- Zachary Stephens; 23. Failure to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle-owner or operator-first offense, a misdemeanor. 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended. Fined $250. Operating with alcohol concentration of 0.08% BAC or greater-second offense, a misdemeanor. 180 days in jail with 175 suspended. Fined $ 600.
- Keisha Gurnsey; 34. Operating with expired registration-failure to reregister, a misdemeanor. Fined $150.
- Rebecca Milasevich; 27. Insufficient personal floatation devices, a misdemeanor. Fined $50. Failure to comply with title 61 motor vehicle codes, a misdemeanor. Fined $50.
- Carla Mcallister; 45. Failure to carry or exhibit insurance in vehicle-owner or operator-first offense, a misdemeanor. 5 days in jail with 5 suspended. Fined $350.
- Joann Yonkin; 17. Speeding on non-interstate-exceed day limit of 70 MPH, a misdemeanor. Fined $20. Driving without a valid drivers license, a misdemeanor. Fined $200. Seatbelt violation, a misdemeanor. Fined $20.
- Derek Davis; 28. Failure to yield to vehicle on through highway, a misdemeanor. Fined $50. Failure to carry or exhibit insurance in vehicle - first offense, a misdemeanor. 5 days in jail with 5 suspended. Fined $250.
- Cody Kobilansky; 17. Speed-exceed restricted speed limit established local authority, a misdemeanor. Fined $70.
- Kelsey Walker; 21. Unlawful transactions with children-first violation, a misdemeanor. Fined $500.
Booked into county jail.

- Louis Pierre; 30. Arrested on a warrant for a probation violation, a felony.
- Nathaniel Bird; 27. Arrested on-site on a parole violation, a felony.
- Daina Sirucek; 32. Arrested on an out of county warrant, a misdemeanor.
- Georgena Oldperson; 27. Arrested on a warrant for criminal contempt, a misdemeanor.

- Jacob Fleming; 36. Arrested on-site for failure to properly register vehicle, violation, no proof of insurance, a violation and driving while license is suspended or revoked, a violation.
