*The following district court cases took place on Nov. 7.
-State of Montana vs. Louis Camel. The matter before the court is sentencing. For the offense of driving under the influence of alcohol-fourth or subsequent offense, a felony, the court commits the defendant to the DOC for thirteen months followed by a three year suspended sentence.
-State of Montana vs. Chase Kuntz. The matter before the court is sentencing. For the offense of arson, a felony, the court defers imposition of sentence for six years.
-State of Montana vs. Michael Bettencourt. The matter before the court is sentencing. For the offense of threats and other improper influence in official and political matters, a felony, the court defers imposition of sentence for two years.
-State of Montana vs. Joseph Cahoon. The matter before the court is sentencing. The court commits the defendant to DOC for thirteen months followed by a five year suspended sentence for the offense of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs-fourth or subsequent offense, a felony.
-State of Montana vs. Patrick Runsabove. The matter before the court is change of plea. The defendant pleads guilty to the offense of partner or family member assault, a felony. Sentencing is set for Dec. 12 at 9 a.m.
-State of Montana vs. Allyson Girouard. The matter before the court is change of plea. The defendant pleads guilty to the charge of criminal endangerment, a felony. Sentencing is set for Dec. 12 at 9 a.m.

-Chad Hemphill; 38. Driving under the influence of alcohol-first offense, a misdemeanor. 180 days in jail with 179 suspended. Fined $400.
-Kristen Kleiv; 26. Speeding-exceed restricted special zone, a misdemeanor. Fined $70.
-Robert Irvin; 64. Improper passing-in no-passing zone, a misdemeanor. Fined $50.
- Angelina Losleben; 22. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, a misdemeanor. 5 days in jail with 3 days suspended. Fined $250.
- Marvin Bailey; 38. Nonresident license or permit offenses-unlawful purchase or or apply for resident license by nonresident, a misdemeanor. Fined $1,000.
