*TheĀ following district court cases took place Nov. 15.
- State of Montana vs. Bruce Bierman. The matter before the court is sentencing. For the amended offense of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs-fourth or subsequent offense, a felony the court commits the defendant to the department of corrections for 5 years with 2 suspended.
- State of Montana vs. Katherine Price. The matter before the court is sentencing. For the amended offense of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol-fourth or subsequent offense, a felony, the court commits the defendant to the department of corrections for 13 months.
-State of Montana vs. Tye Fortuna. The matter before the court is for sentencing on revocation. The defendant admits to violating his probation conditions and his suspended sentence is revoked. For the offense of theft, a felony, the court commits the defendant to Montana State Prison for 9-1/2 years to run consecutive to any federal charges that may have been filed.
-State of Montana vs. Janice Ness. The matter before the court is change of plea. The defendant pleads guilty to criminal possession with intent to distribute, a felony. Sentencing is set for Thursday, Dec. 20 at 9 a.m.
- State of Montana vs. Seth Harpst. The matter before the court is change of plea. The defendant pleads guilty to the offense of theft, a felony. Sentencing is set for Thursday, Jan. 31, 2013 at 9 a.m.

*The following justice court proceedings took place Nov. 9-15.
- Tiffany Wilson; 24. Theft-obtain or exerts unauthorized control over property - first offense, misdemeanor. 7days in jail.
- Harry Fritsch; 62. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, a misdemeanor. 180 days in jail with 178 suspended. Displaying license plates assigned to another vehicle, a misdemeanor. Fined $ 100.
- Christina Partida;30. Driving under the influence of alcohol-first offense, a misdemeanor.180 days in jail with 179 suspended. Fined $400.
-Maiya St. Pierre; 23. Speeding - exceed restricted/special zone speed limit established by department, a misdemeanor. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, a misdemeanor. Fined $20. Driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, a misdemeanor. 5 days in jail with 3 days suspended. Fined $250.

- Allison Troxel; 43. Driving under the influence of alcohol-first offense, a misdemeanor. 1 day in jail. Fined $400.
-Scott Pazder; 44. Disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. Fined $60.
- Jacob Seibert; 22. Theft-obtain or exhert unauthorized control over property - first offense, a misdemeanor. Fined $300.

*The following people were booked into the county jail Nov. 15-20, but in most cases have not had a chance to enter a plea. They are innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.
-Richard Orden; 51. Arrested on-site for false report to law enforcement, a misdemeanor.
- Edward Irvine; 55. Arrested on-site for possession of dangerous drugs, a felony.

- Damian Bourdon; 20. Arrested on-site for possession with intent to sell, a felony.
- Cody Adams; 20. Arrested on-site for possession of alcohol or intoxicant, a misdemeanor. DUI drugs or alcohol, a misdemeanor.
- Christopher Smith; 34. Arrested on-site for driving while license is suspended or revoked, a misdemeanor.
