- State of Montana vs. Donald Ray Lee. The matter before the court is arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of assault with a weapon, a felony. The court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on Wednesday, Oct. 24 at 9 a.m. with a jury trial commencing on Monday, Dec. 17 at 9 a.m.
- State of Montana vs. Antoine Tenas. The matter before the court is arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fourth or subsequent offense, a felony.
-State of Montana vs. David Martinez. The matter before the court is change of plea. The defendant admits committing the amended offense of sexual assault with bodily injury, a felony and the offense of partner or family member assault, a felony. The court accepts the plea and finds the defendant guilty of the charges. Sentencing is set for Wednesday, Nov. 21 at 9 a.m.
- State of Montana vs. Randall Stevens. The matter before the court is change of plea. The defendant admits committing the offense of burglary, a felony. The court accepts the plea and finds the defendant guilty of the charge. Sentencing is set for Nov. 14 at 9 a.m.
- State of Montana vs. Marcus Padilla. The matter before the court is change of plea. Defendant admits committing the amended offense of assault, a misdemeanor. The defendant is sentenced to 6 months with all suspended but time served.
- State of Montana vs. Joseph Cahoon. The matter before the court is change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offense of operation of noncommercial vehicle by person with alcohol concentration of .08 or more, fourth or subsequent offense, a felony. Sentencing is set for Wednesday, Nov. 7 at 9a.m.

- State of Montana vs. Leonard White. The matter before the court is arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, fourth or subsequent offense, a felony.
- State of Montana vs. Katherine Price. The matter before the court is change of plea. Defendant admits committing the amended offense of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fourth or subsequent offense, a felony. The state agrees to dismiss PFON. The court accepts the plea and finds the defendant guilty of the charge. Sentencing is set for Thursday, Nov. 15 at 9 a.m.
- State of Montana vs. Douglas Griggs. The matter before the court is petition to revoke. Defendant made admissions to the report of a violation dated Sept. 12 and the defendant’s suspended sentence is revoked. For the offense of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony, the court commits the defendant to DOC for 3 years with 1 year suspended.
- State of Montana vs. Reba Ann Hawkins. The matter before the court is arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony. The court sets the matter for omnibus hearing on Thursday, Nov. 15 at 9 a.m.
- State of Montana vs. Curt Supan. The matter before the court is arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of aggravated assault, a felony and partner or family member assault, a misdemeanor. The court sets this matter for omnibus hearing on Thursday, Nov. 15 at 9 a.m. with a jury trial commencing on Jan. 22, 2013 at 9 a.m.
