Lake County District Court, Judge McNeil presiding

*The following district court cases took place on Aug. 29. 

-State of Montana vs. Billy Dee Washburn Jr. The matter before the court is arraignment. The defendant pleads not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs - 4th offense. The court sets the matter for omnibus hearing on Wednesday, Nov. 7 at 9 a.m. with a jury trial commencing on Monday, Jan. 28, 2013 at 9 a.m. 

-State of Montana vs. Ronald Rorvik. The matter before the court is sentencing and change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offense of partner or family member assault, a misdemeanor. The court sentences the defendant to 6 months LCJ all suspended but time served. 

- State of Montana vs. Patrick Runsabove. The matter before the court is arraignment. The defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of partner or family member assault - third or subsequent offense, a felony. The court sets the matter for omnibus hearing on Wednesday, Nov. 7 at 9 a.m. with a jury trial commencing on Monday, Jan. 28, 2013 at 9 a.m. 

- State of Montana vs. James Snyder. The matter before the court is change of plea. The defendant admits committing the amended offense of assault, a misdemeanor  and to the additional offense of criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. For the offense of aggravated assault the court sentences defendant to 6 months in  LCJ all suspended. For the offense of criminal mischief the court commits the defendant to 6 months at LCJ with all suspended, sentences to run concurrent. 

- State of Montana vs. Allan Kenmille. The matter before the court is change of plea. The defendant admits committing the amended offense of partner or family member assault - second offense, a misdemeanor. The defendant is sentenced to 1 year in LCJ all suspended but 20 days. Defendant is to receive credit for time served of 23 days. 

- State of Montana vs. William Witts. The matter before the court is arraignment. The defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of theft. The court sets this matter for an omnibus hearing on Wednesday, Oct. 31 at 9 a.m. with a jury trial commencing on Monday, Feb. 4, 2013 at 9a.m.

-Deborah Wagnor; 59.Local speed violation. Fined $50.

- Kenneth Markins; 72. Local speed violation. Fined $75.

- Jim Townsley; 46. Local speed violation. Fined $ 50.

Booked into county jail

- Dalton Collier; 22. Arrested on-site for obstructing a police officer, a misdemeanor and two counts of motor-vehicle theft, a felony.

- Lorenzo Munguia; 24. Arrested on-site for PFMA, a misdemeanor. 

- Sherman Irvine;  18. Arrested on-site for a probation violation, a misdemeanor. 

- Gary Desjarlais; 57. Arrested on-site for DUI, a felony. 

- Marc Friscia; 23. Arrested on-site for a probation violation, a felony. 

- Thomas Mitchell; 44.  Arrested on-site for DUI, a felony. 

- Lionel Sheperd; 34. Arrested on-site for a DUI-refusal, a felony. 

- Philip Gribble; 31. Arrested on-site for PFMA, a misdemeanor. 

- David Paulson; 26. Arrested on-site for failure to notify and identify self at scene, violations and DUI-refusal, a misdemeanor.
