*The following district court cases took place on Aug. 5.
- State of Montana vs. Gerald Johnson.The matter before the court is arraignment. The defendant pleads not guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fourth or subsequent offense, a felony. The court sets this matter for omnibus on Wednesday, Nov. 7 at 9 a.m. with a jury trial commencing Monday, Jan. 28 at 9 a.m.
- State of Montana vs. Christopher Morigeau. The matter before the court is for hearing of merits. The court finds the defendant’s admissions sufficient and the defendant’s suspended sentence is revoked. The court commits the defendant to DOC for five years.

- Jason Degler; 25. Arrested on-site for criminal contempt, driving while suspended or revoked and DUI, all misdemeanors.

-Matthew Mahkuk; 32 Arrested on-site for a probation violation, a felony.

- James Roylance; 19. Arrested on-site, a misdemeanor.

- Brandon Jeppesen; 27. Arrested on-site for no liability insurance and driving while suspended or revoked, violations. Reckless driving, a misdemeanor.
-Dean Cooper; 44. Arrested on-site for DUI, a misdemeanor and no proof of insurance, a violation.
- Kimberly Johnson; 50. Arrested on-site for aggravated DUI, a misdemeanor.
- Tyler Erickson; 19. Arrested on-site for criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, PFMA - reasonable apprehension and tampering with communication device, both felonies.
