Polson fire "suspicious"

On Monday, Sept. 10, at approximately 10:40 p.m. Polson City Fire Department, Polson City Police and the Lake County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a house fire at 111 3rd Avenue East in Polson.  The house at this address is currently a vacant residence.  After the fire was extinguished it was determined to be suspicious in nature by Polson Fire Chief John Fairchild.  This fire is currently being investigated as Arson.  A joint investigation by Polson Police Detectives and the Polson Fire Chief is ongoing and we are seeking the public’s assistance.  If anyone has information about this fire please contact Detective Alan Booth at (406) 883-7277.
