-State of Montana vs. William Witts. This matter came before the court for sentencing. The court defers imposition of sentence for two years. Restitution is ordered and has been paid.
-State of Montana vs. Jeremy Smithson. This matter came before the court for sentencing. The Court commits defendant to DOC for six years, all suspended. Defendant is to receive credit for time in custody. Defendant will be entering treatment program.
-State of Montana vs. Todd Burland. This matter came before the court for sentencing. Recommendations by counsel pursuant to plea agreement. The court commits defendant to DOC for 20 years with 15 years suspended.
-State of Montana vs. Edward Irvine. This matter came before the court for sentencing. The court defers imposition of sentence for 3 years. Defendant is ordered to serve 20 days in LCJ within next 120 days.
-State of Montana vs. Jon Wrede. This matter came before the court for arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a misdemeanor, count I; and criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony, count II. The court sets this matter for an omnibus hearing on May 29 with a jury trial commencing on Sept. 16.
-State of Montana vs. William Gopher. This matter came before the court for arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of possession of dangerous drugs, a felony. The court sets the matter for an omnibus hearing on June 12 with a jury trial commencing on Aug. 5.
-State of Montana vs. William Colman. This matter before the court for change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offense of aggravated assault, a felony. Sentencing is set for May 8.
-State of Montana vs. Kathy Jasso. This matter before the court for change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offense of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony, count II. The court dismisses counts I and III. Sentencing is set for May 8.
-State of Montana vs. Harold Irvine. These matters before the court for hearing on merits and change of plea. On first matter, defendant’s suspended sentence is revoked. On second matter, defendant admits committing the offense of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fourth or subsequent offense, a felony, count I. Sentencing for both matters is set for May 8.
-State of Montana vs. Anthony Alexander. This matter came before the court for hearing on merits. The defendant makes admissions and suspended sentence is revoked. The court commits defendant to DOC for two years, no part of which is suspended. Defendant will receive credit for time in custody.
