*The following took place on April 10, 2013.
-State of Montana vs. Roseanna Fisher. This matter before the court for change of plea. Defendant admits committing the amended offense of attempt (criminal possession of dangerous drugs), a felony. The court accepts the plea and finds the defendant guilty of the charge. Sentencing is set for May 15.
-State of Montana vs. Josiah Kinyon. This matter before the court for petition to revoke. Defendant makes admissions and suspended sentence is revoked. The court commits defendant to DOC for five years to run consecutive to sentence imposed in Missoula County District Court. Defendant to receive full credit for time in custody.

-State of Montana vs. Scott Harpine. This matter before the court for sentencing. For the offense of burglary, a felony, the court defers imposition of sentence for a period of three years. Defendant is to serve 20 days in LCJ and receive credit for six days served.
-State of Montana vs. Katie Joerger. This matter before the court for change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offense of threats and other improper influence in official and political matters, count III, a felony, and to the amended offense of threats and other improper influence in official and political matters, a felony, count II. The court accepts the plea and finds the defendant guilty. Sentencing is set for May 16.
-State of Montana vs. Damien Bourdon. This matter before the court for change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offense of criminal possession with intent to distribute, a felony, count I. The court accepts the plea and finds the defendant guilty. Sentencing is set for May 16.
-State of Montana vs. Rene Trevino. This matter before the court for sentencing. For the offense of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony, the court defers imposition of sentence for five years.
-State of Montana vs. Keya Birdsbill. This matter before the court for sentencing. For the offense of criminal endangerment, a felony, the court defers imposition of sentence for five years. In addition, defendant is sentenced to LCJ for 180 days.
-State of Montana vs. Jack Renninger. This matter before the court to answer petition to revoke. Defendant makes sufficient admissions and suspended sentence is revoked. For the offense of theft, a felony, the court commits the defendant to the MSP for 10 years, all suspended to run consecutive to Missoula County case.
-State of Montana vs. Jared Hendrickson. This matter before the court for sentencing. For the offense of assault with a weapon, a felony, count I, II, III, and IV, the court commits the defendant to DOC for a term of 20 years on each count, with all of that time suspended to run concurrently. In addition, the defendant shall successfully enter and complete Treasure State Boot Camp and Aftercare and shall wear SCRAM bracelet for 180 days.
