*The following took place on April 18

-State of Montana vs. Eli Dubois. This matter came before the court for sentencing. For the offense of assault with a weapon, a felony, the court defers imposition of the sentence for a period of three years. In addition, the defendant is sentenced to the LCJ for 20 days or successfully completes an inpatient chemical dependency treatment program, within 90 days of sentencing.

-State of Montana vs. Jeremiah Mitchell. This matter before the court for sentencing. For the offense of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony, the court defers imposition of sentence for a period of three years. The defendant shall serve 30 days in the LCJ or successfully complete an inpatient chemical dependency treatment program.

-State of Montana vs. Santiago Quintana. This matter before the court for sentencing. For the offense of burglary, a felony, the court defers imposition of sentence for a period of three years.

-State of Montana vs. Marvin Gardipe. This matter before the court for sentencing. For the offense of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a felony, the court commits the defendant to the DOC for a term of 13 months.

-State of Montana vs. Ashley Sorells. This matter before the court for arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charge of vehicular homicide while under the influence, a felony count I, and driving while license is suspended or revoked, a misdemeanor, count II. The court sets this matter for an omnibus hearing on June 13 with a jury trial commencing on Aug. 12.
