Martin Luther King Day essay contest open for kids grades 7-12

RULES: Read the quote below and explain in 250 words or less what it means to you and how you personally might implement it into your daily and/or future life.

One entry per student; Writing must be typewritten. On the back of your entry include your name, age, grade, and telephone number. Writing must be the work of the entrant. Entries are due January 8, 2014. Send to FRHRC, Box 111, Ronan, MT 59864

There is no fee to enter this contest. Winners will be announced prior to Martin Luther King Jr. Day. If you have questions, please call 745-4259 or 824-2821.

This contest is open to public, private and home-schooled students grades 7-12 and will be judged by local writers.

Flathead Reservation Human Rights Coalition is a local 501c3 non-profit which has been sponsoring cultural fairs, workshops and Hate-Free zone activities in the reservation community for the last 24 years.
