*The following took place on Feb. 20
-State of Montana vs. Byron Colon. This matter before the court for sentencing. For the offense of assault with a weapon, count I, a felony, the court defers imposition of sentence for a period of two years. Defendant is authorized to be released immediately.
-State of Montana vs. Steven Larson. This matter before the court for arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charges of assault on a peace officer, Count I, a felony, and driving under the influence of alchohol or drugs, Count II, a misdemeanor. The court sets this matter for an omnibus hearing on April 10, with a jury trial commencing on July 29.
-State of Montana vs. David Irvine. This matter before the court for arraignment. Defendant pleads not guilty to the charges of criminal possession with intent to distribute, felonies, Counts I and II. The Court sets this matter for an omnibus hearing on April 10, with a jury trial commencing on June 17.
-State of Montana vs. Edward Irvine. This matter before the court for change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offense of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony. Sentencing is set for April 3.
-State of Montana vs. Michael Garza. This matter before the court for status conference. The Court finds the defendant’s admissions are sufficient, and the suspended sentence is revoked. The Court commits the defendant to DOC for three years. Defendant is to receive full credit for time while in custody.

-State of Montana vs. Leonard White. This matter before the court for sentencing. For the offense of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, a felony, the court commits the defendant to the DOC for a term of 13 months and five years suspended, running concurrent to an identical sentence for another offense of the same nature.
-State of Montana vs. Scott Harpine. This matter before the court for change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offense of burglary, a felony. Sentencing is set for April 11.
