Bring a dish to share and listen to Dr. Price explore possible answers to this question--”Why did ideas about the so-called ‘races of man’, and ‘inferior and superior peoples’ originate?”
The slideshow will contrast between many origin stories of indigenous peoples world-wide and explore where the first people came from and the concept of human races imposed upon us during the 17th and 18th centuries.
Open, but civil and mutually respectful, discussion will follow the presentation. For more information contact FRHRC: 745-4259, 824-2821.
