District Court, Judge McNeil presiding

*The following took place on June 26

-Montana vs. David Irvine. This matter before the court for sentencing. The court commits the defendant to DOC for ten years, with eight years suspended to be placed in an appropriate facility to be determined by the DOC.

-Montana vs. Savonnah Ryan. This matter before the court for sentencing on revocation. The court commits the defendant to DOC for five years to be placed in an appropriate facility to be determined by the DOC.

-Montana vs. Steven Larson. This matter before the court for change of plea. Defendant admits committing the amended offense of threats and other improper influence in official and political matters, a felony. The court makes its findings, accepts the plea and finds the defendant guilty of the charge. The court grants the State’s motion to dismiss count II without prejudice. Sentencing is set for July 31.

-Montana vs. William Koso. This matter before the court for change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offense of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, fourth or subsequent offense, a felony, count I. The court accepts the plea and finds the defendant guilty of the charge. The court grants the State’s motion to enter into a deferred prosecution agreement on counts II, III and IV. Sentencing is set for July 31.

-Montana vs. Makueeyapeh Whitford. Continued to July 24.
