-Jonah Freeman, 21. Speeding – exceeding restricted zone limit, a misdemeanor. Fined $55.

-Constance Sidebottom, 70. Speeding – exceeding restricted zone limit, a misdemeanor. Fined $55.

-Thomas Fuller, 58. Speeding – exceeding restricted zone limit, a misdemeanor. Fined $85.

-Ethan Hirsch, 21. Speeding – exceeding restricted zone limit, a misdemeanor. Fined $85.

-Susan Socha, 55. Speeding – exceeding restricted zone limit, a misdemeanor. Fined $85.

-Edna Van Lear, 27. Owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance – first offense, a misdemeanor. Fined $285. 10 days in jail, all suspended. Failure to yield ROW to vehicle when obeying green traffic signal, a misdemeanor. Fined $85.

District Court, Judge McNeil presiding

*The following took place on May 15.

-State of Montana vs. David Irvine. This matter before the Court for change of plea. Defendant admits committing the offense of criminal possession with intent to distribute, a felony, count II. The court accepts the plea and finds the defendant guilty of the charge. Sentencing is set for June 19.

-State of Montana vs. Bryce Parker. This matter came before the Court for a hearing on merits. Defendant makes sufficient admissions and deferred sentence is revoked. The Court commits the defendant to DOC for seven years with two years suspended. As conditions it is recommended that defendant complete Connections Corrections followed by pre-release and be placed in an appropriate institution to be determined by the DOC.
